Your time
For rain or drought
I'll run for your extrication.
If it's the sun that you fear,
fret not for I'll be the cloud that will keep you safe.
Holed up in that space of yours while
I crushed these walls
I built up high
to render your safety
yet remained unnoticed.
With blood on my hands and heart dried out,
Don't keep pointing your finger on the lock.
For your eyes still tight.
Closed.
It's your time that I desire
Yet you hold them tight.
I'll leave this freedom of yours
Back to where I was in that tower of mine.
For I was safe and well.
